PMML Continues Nationwide ‘Ashra e Tashakkur’ events to mark Bunyan-un-Marsoos

Lahore — The Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML) is continuing its nationwide “Ashra e Tashakkur” (Decade of Gratitude) to mark one year of Maarka-e-Haq, Bunyan-un-Marsoos, with all-parties conferences (APCs) and meetings being held in major cities across the country.
Events have taken place in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Ahmadpur Sharqia, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Chiniot, Abbottabad, Sialkot, and Pakpattan, where leaders from various political and religious parties paid tribute to the armed forces for their role in the success of the operation. Speakers emphasized that the defence of Pakistan remains a collective national responsibility and reaffirmed that the nation stands united in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty.
In Lahore, a meeting of UCs presidents was held. PMML Deputy Secretary General Khalid Naik Gujjar, Lahore  President Adil Khaleeq, General Secretary General Chaudhry Hameed-ul-Hassan Gujjar and others also addressed the meeting. A resolution was passed to pay tribute to the armed forces.
In Islamabad, an APC organized by PMML was attended by former Senator Syed Zafar Ali Shah, PML-N leader Anjum Aqeel, and CDA Labour Union leader Chaudhry Yaseen, among others, who appreciated Pakistan’s military and diplomatic achievements.
A similar APC in Rawalpindi was addressed by PMML Central Spokesperson Dr. Muzammil Iqbal Hashmi, Chairman Tehreek Jawanan Pakistan Abdullah Gul, Jamaat-e-Islami district leader Arif Shirazi, and Shaheer Sialvi. Speakers said that Pakistan’s success was the result of the sacrifices of martyrs, the professionalism of the armed forces, and national unity, adding that the commemorative events will continue until May 10.
In Hyderabad, Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan leader Sahibzada Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair, PMML Sindh President Faisal Nadeem, and others addressed the gathering. Minority representative Dr. Amreesh Kumar also spoke, stating that despite religious differences, all communities in Pakistan are united under one flag and share a deep commitment to the country’s security and progress.
Similar events were held in Peshawar, Gujranwala, Chiniot, Abbottabad, Ahmadpur Sharqia, Sheikhupura, Quetta, Sialkot, and Pakpattan. Speakers at these gatherings reiterated their resolve to work collectively for Pakistan’s stability, unity, and defence, and vowed that the nation would remain united against any hostile designs.
