Gold Prices Fall to Rs4.3 Lakh per Tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant decline on Thursday, dropping to around Rs.434,000 per tola for 24-karat gold amid a continued downward trend in both local and international bullion markets.
According to the latest market updates from major bullion associations and jewelers in cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, the price of one tola of 24K gold settled near Rs.434,000. This reflects a sharp fall from recent highs above Rs.449,000 per tola earlier in the week.
The 10-gram rate for 24-karat gold also eased to approximately Rs.372,000. Meanwhile, 22-karat gold was trading around Rs.397,800-398,000 per tola.
This marks another notable correction in the domestic market following previous sharp declines in recent days.
Market observers suggest that further movement will depend on upcoming international economic indicators, including US inflation data, and the rupee-dollar exchange rate.
