Pakistan Unveils 15-Member Squad for Asian Games 2026 in Japan

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the Asian Games 2026, scheduled to be held in Japan, with opening batter Sahibzada Farhan appointed as captain of the T20 side.

The squad features a blend of experienced performers and emerging talent as Pakistan aims for a strong showing in the continental event.

The selected players are Sahibzada Farhan (captain), Abdul Samad, Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Akif Javed, Ali Raza, Arafat Minhas, Haider Ali, Hasan Nawaz, Moaz Sadaqat, Salman Mirza, Saad Masood, Saim Ayub, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Usman Khan.

The PCB expressed confidence in the squad’s ability to compete at the highest level and represent Pakistan successfully at the Asian Games, where cricket is expected to be one of the marquee sporting events.
