Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) owns office properties in two of India’s largest cities, New Delhi and Mumbai,  which are now set to be sold or transferred to the airline’s new buyer as part of the ongoing privatization process.

According to available details, the two properties are being included in the overall transaction package for prospective investors. The combined estimated value of the offices is around 240 million Indian rupees (24 crore INR).

The inclusion of these overseas assets is expected to enhance the attractiveness of PIA’s privatization package, as the airline seeks strategic investors under the government’s restructuring and privatization plan. The offices were originally established to support PIA’s operations and commercial activities in India.
