Some thoughts to ponder over!

Thought 1

While difficult initially, especially if you think people have wronged you, try and speak good of all people. Especially those who you think have caused you harm and pain and those you dislike. It will help cleanse your heart and mind from the poison of revenge which is far more important for your health happiness and we’ll being.

A short note on “Why?”

Bitterness and revenge is the poison you drink hoping to hurt the other person.

Say not behind their back what you can’t say to their face.

An attempt at Gratitude for everything, especially your life, the breath that comes out, for health, happiness, family, friends, life, and for just simply “Being” for what one is. For love towards everyone especially those have have harmed us, hurt us, wronged us, betrayed us which in most cases, if not all, are ego centric self created perceptions.

Always try and keep an open mind about people, their motives, intentions, actions and behaviors. Especially despite / inspite of what they do and what you know of them from history. Taint not your response with the negative filters of the past. You will then find, amazingly, your relationships slowly but surely, improving.
