Successful tour of South Africa: Chairman PCB Congratulates National Cricket Team on series Win

The national cricket team, which won the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League with a 1-2 victory in the ODI series against South Africa, also defeated the host team in the T20 International series.
Thanks to a 1-3 victory in the T20 series, Pakistan’s number of points in the world T20 rankings has risen to 262. Pakistan and England are now only 10 points apart as Pakistan stands on 4th position while England ranks first.
During the ODI series, Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam became number one batsman in the ICC ODI Players Rankings twice. Opener Fakhr Zaman and fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi also achieved the highest rankings of their ODI careers.
Babar Azam scored the first century of his T20 cricket career during this series and also formed a record opening partnership of 197 runs with Mohammad Rizwan. In the third match of the series, Pakistan scored 205 runs with the loss of just one wicket 12 balls earlier.
