Trump’s ‘Human Printer’ Natalie Harp Emerges as One of His Closest Confidantes

Natalie Harp, the 34-year-old White House executive assistant known as President Donald Trump’s “human printer,” has emerged as one of the president’s most trusted and ever-present aides, according to recent reporting and sources cited by the Daily Mail.

Harp is described by sources as a key part of Trump’s inner circle, with some claiming that she has more direct access to the president than even White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. Her role has made her a constant presence around Trump, both inside the White House and during his travels.

A former host at One America News Network and a cancer survivor, Harp frequently accompanies Trump from the Oval Office to the golf course, carrying a portable printer. She reportedly uses it to provide him with printed copies of favorable news reports, emails and social media posts—material he is said to prefer reading on paper rather than on screens.

Harp also reportedly assists with drafting and posting some of Trump’s Truth Social messages, particularly those published during late-night and off-hours periods.

Her relationship with Trump dates back to 2019, when she publicly thanked him for the Right to Try Act, which she credited with helping her pursue experimental treatment for bone cancer. She later spoke at the 2020 Republican National Convention and joined Trump’s post-presidency operation at Mar-a-Lago around 2022.

Harp now serves as a special assistant to the president and executive assistant to the president, with an annual salary of $150,000. She reportedly has a designated chair near the Oval Office, underscoring her unusually close proximity to Trump.

Books by New York Times reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, as well as author Michael Wolff, have described the unusually intense nature of the relationship. Trump has reportedly praised Harp’s loyalty, telling staff that she was among the few people who loved him as deeply as his wife and children and that she would never leave him.

According to reporting, Harp’s devotion to Trump was evident even before she formally joined his administration. She reportedly left affectionate notes in his private spaces, including one reading, “You are all that matters to me.” Such behavior reportedly unsettled Susie Wiles, who at one point questioned her own position within Trump’s inner circle.

Harp’s estranged brother, Preston Harp, has sharply criticized the relationship, describing it as “very unhealthy” and portraying his sister as part of Trump’s personal fan club. The siblings became estranged following the death of their father by suicide in 2020.

White House officials, however, have defended Harp. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has described her as “one of the most loyal and hardest working aides” on Trump’s team.

Harp’s extraordinary access to the president has continued to attract scrutiny, particularly over her reported role in filtering information reaching Trump and surrounding him with material that reinforces his preferred views. Her frequent presence during sensitive trips and major presidential activities has further highlighted her growing influence within Trump’s inner circle.
