Twenty-seven years to the passing of renowned Qawal Ghulam Farid Sabri being observed today.
According to reports, Ghulam Farid Sabri was born in 1930, in the Indian state of East Punjab, gave new life to Qawali. He had been fond of Qawali since his childhood.
