ISLAMABAD: Significant progress has been made in the Noor Muqaddam murder case, as accused Zahir Jaffer confesses to the crime of killing the 27-year-old.
According to reports, sources have claimed that while the accused has taken responsibility for the heinous crime, he is not giving a definitive reason for his actions. So far, Jaffer keeps changing his statements regarding the motive for murder.
Meanwhile, police have managed to obtain video evidence of the victim’s torture. Noor Muqaddam reportedly attempted to escape by jumping from the balcony around 4:30 pm and seeking protection from the security guard. Muqaddam reportedly hid in the guard’s cabin.
According to sources, the accused forced her out and dragged her back into the house as the guards kept watching without any intervention. Sources have claimed that no attempt was made to save the girl from the accused.
Moreover, it is believed that people on the street allegedly saw the accused dragging Noor Muqaddam inside.
Furthermore, sources said that the video also shows how the accused took Muqaddam back inside. From violence to murder, the process took three hours.
According to earlier reports by Baaghi TV, there is evidence that Zahir Jaffer, the murderer of Noor Muqaddam, has a track record of vile and violent behaviour towards women.
It is to be remembered that Noor Mukaddam, daughter of ex-Pakistan’s ambassador to South Korea Shaukat Mukaddam, was brutally murdered in sector F-7/4 Islamabad. The accused has been identified as a businessman named Zahir Jaffer, who reportedly had shot the girl before beheading her.
It is to be noted that Zahir Jaffer has been booked on charges of premeditated murder for allegedly brutally murdering the daughter of a former Pakistani diplomat in Islamabad, it occurred on Wednesday.
