ISLAMABAD: Zulfi Bukhari became part of the federal cabinet again? News heated up politics, according to reports, government sources termed the news of Zulfi Bukhari’s return to the federal cabinet as baseless.
According to reports, a statement from government sources said that the news of Zulfi Bukhari’s return to the cabinet was baseless and that it was not possible for Zulfi Bukhari to rejoin the federal cabinet.
It is believed that important changes are likely to take place in the federal cabinet after Eid. Sources said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has started considering adding more ministers in the federal cabinet.
Sources had said that the PML-Q, MQM and other allies could be given ministries as promised while Zulfi Bukhari is also likely to be made part of the cabinet again.
It may be recalled that Zulfi Bukhari, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, Chairman National Tourism Board and Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation had resigned from the post after his name came up in the investigation of the Ring Road Rawalpindi project.
