Lahore, 11th September: The very talented Pakistani singer, songwriter, and actor Asim Azhar who has released hit songs such as ‘Ghalat Fehmi’ and ‘Humraah’, started his career from YouTube singing contemporary western songs.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, AsimAzhar has recently expressed his desire to be the first Pakistani singer to collaborate with the famous Korean band BTS.

BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy band that began formation in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment.

Their lyrics are focused on personal and social commentary, mental health, troubles of the youth, the journey towards loving oneself, and individualism. They have released multiple albums and have done countless tours across the world.

When a video of Asim Azhar’s song ‘Soneya’ was reinvented by a video of BTS, the singer shared it on his Twitter account and expressed that he would love to collaborate with the Korean boys.

“I’d love to become the first Pakistani artist to collaborate with BTS. Crossing cultures is always beautiful. K-pop is an example of that, also an amazing edit!”
