Bollywood Superstar Ajay Devgan to star in web series “Rudra-The Edge of Darkness”

Bollywood Superstar Ajay Devgan has been known for his iconic performances as cop roles. And now he will be seen in a more intense cop role in his first web series “Rudra-The Edge of Darkness”. It will be aired on Disney + Hotstar VIP. The series is all set to start its production in Mumbai and will be released later this year.

“Rudra-The Edge of Darkness”, produced by Applause Entertainment in association with BBC Studios India, is a dark series featuring unique cop stories/crime-dramas full of thrill and action. It will be a must-watch for all crime-drama fans.

Ajay Devgan shared his take on the series saying that he has always worked on unique and different ideas. This series is a highly intriguing story and the character is more intense, dark and complex. He added that he is anxiously waiting or the production to start and that he is eagerly looking forward to work with BBC and Applause.

The Head of Disney +Hotstar VIP shared that the series will be made on a very large scale and the story is such that has never been attempted before in India. He added that it will be very appealing to millions of viewers in India as it is not genre restricted and Ajay Devgan in new Avatar will be very appealing to the audience specially in India.
