DG ISPR urges people to observe coronavirus SOPs
Lahore, 26th April: DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar has said that the army contingents have been deployed since today morning.
He was addressing a press conference on the coronavirus situation in Pakistan on Monday.
He said that the purpose of the army contingents’ deployment is to help the civil government and assist law enforcement agencies regarding the enforcement of coronavirus SOPs.
DG ISPR urged the masses to follow coronavirus safety precautions to ensure their lives and the lives of others remained safe from the virus.
General Babar prayed for the front-liners of the battle against coronavirus.
