Washington, 24th September: US President Donald Trump launched a blistering attack on Meghan Markle and said he wishes Prince Harry a lot of luck.

According to reports from Independent, Donald Trump wished Prince Harry “A lot of luck” with wife Meghan Markle as he launched a bizarre attack on the couple.

Trump made it clear that he was not a fan of forme Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, who supported his rival Joe Biden in the upcoming US elections.

Addressing a live news conference, the president said about Ms Markle, “I’m not a fan of hers. I wish a lot of luck to Harry, he’s going to need it.”

Donald Trump’s comments come after the couple urged Americans to “reject hate speech” and to vote in the upcoming election.

The former Duke and Duchess of Sussex made the comments during a live video from their California home as part of the Time 100 list of influential people.

It was their first joint TV appearance since they stopped working as members of the Royal Family back in March.

“As we approach this November, it’s vital that we reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity,” the duke said as he sat next to Meghan.

Meghan Markle, unlike her husband, who will be able to vote in the November elections, said, “We’re just six weeks out from Election Day and today is National Voter Registration Day. Every four years we are told the same thing, that this is the most important election of our lifetime. But this one is.”

Meghan, who married Queen Elizabeth’s grandson in 2018, criticized US President Donald Trump during his 2016 election campaign as being misogynistic and divisive.
