How to apply for newly launched Diamond card scheme for overseas Pakistanis?

In the Finance Bill 2023-24, the federal government aimed to incentivize overseas Pakistanis.

The government has introduced a diamond card category for the remittance cards for those Pakistanis who would be sending over $50,000 to Pakistan from abroad.

Ishaq Dar during the budget speech said that overseas Pakistanis send remittances equal to 90 percent of Pakistan’s exports and the government expects them to send $33 billion in FY24.
