The Depilex Smile Again Foundation, established in 2003 and officially registered in 2005, provides medical treatment, psychosocial support, counselling, and vocational training to acid attack and burn victims across Pakistan. She was previously awarded the Pride of Performance by the Government of Pakistan in 2010 for her services to burn victims.
