Peshawar Zalmi owner, Javed Afridi, apologizes to the PCB

BaaghiTV: Javed Afridi, owner of Peshawar Zalmi, has said that he met Sammy and Wahab for which he apologized to the PCB.

He said, “I apologized to the PCB for meeting Darren Sammy and Wahab Riaz. Darren Sammy and Wahab’s Corona test report appeared negative the next day after the meeting. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the postponement of the sixth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) in view of increasing cases of corona virus.

The difficult decision was made in an emergency meeting between the PSL management and the team owners due to the growing number of Corona cases. Following a virtual meeting between the PCB and the team owners, the Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the immediate postponement of the HBL Pakistan Super League 6. The decision was made after seven corona cases came to light in the league.

The PCB will now immediately take steps for PCR testing, corona vaccine and isolation facilities for participants from all six teams.
