On the other hand, Trump supporters in Washington went berserk. Angry mobs stormed the Capitol Hill building. The situation in the US capital, Washington, became extremely tense when Trump supporters surrounded the Capitol Hill building. The administration moved Vice President Mike Pence to safety. Police evacuated US Congress offices which also halted the process of verifying Joe Biden’s presidency.

After the situation in Washington became tense, a curfew was imposed in the US capital. The curfew will remain in effect until 6 p.m. Police took control of the Capitol Hill building. No one is allowed to leave their house during the curfew. Following which, protesters began returning home peacefully as they were ordered to leave the city before 6 p.m.

According to US media, the US establishment has cut ties with President Trump. Mike Pence was being consulted for the presidency for 14 days.
