Where did the Nuclear Weapons of the US go?

The United States of America (US) was in ownership of more than 10,000 nuclear weapons, out of which only 3,750 remain, reported REUTERS; where have the rest gone?

Sources have revealed that the United States has stated the number of nuclear weapons in its possession. The US State Department was finally able to release the data of this sort after a stalemate of 4 years.

The United States had 3,785 nuclear arms in 2018 and more than 10,000 in 2003, according to reports. However, the current number of US owned destructive arms is the lowest since 1967. In 1967, the United States had more than 31,000 nuclear weapons.

On the other hand, defense analysts say that the United States had more than 10,000 nuclear weapons, which has now been reduced to 3,750. It has been claimed by individuals that the rest of the weapons may have been used by the US against innocent Muslims in Syria and Afghanistan.

It is believed that the US release is part of an effort to restart disarmament talks with Russia.
