Jaya Bachchan contracts coronavirus
Mumbai: Bollywood actress and politician Jaya Bachchan, wife of Amitabh Bachchan, has also contracted the coronavirus.
According to Indian media reports, the third wave of the corona is continuing in India and other people including celebrities are getting infected with the coronavirus. Recently, Bollywood actress, Kajol has also tested positive for corona.
According to reports, Jaya Bachchan was busy shooting for Karan Johar’s movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani these days when she tested positive for Covid-19. Earlier, actress Shabana Azmi also contracted the coronavirus. Therefore, the shooting of the film was postponed due to the positive reports of the two main actresses of the film.

According to sources, the shooting of the film started on February 2 and was to end on February 14, but the shooting of the film has been stopped due to Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi testing positive for Covid-19 because, Karan Johar does not want to take any risk for the other cast and crew of the film, as he says “if there’s health, there’s life”.
Clearly, the third wave of Corona in India is growing rapidly. Recently, many Bollywood stars including legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar have fallen victim to this deadly virus.
