According to Pakistani officials, this operation has severely damaged India’s ballistic and cruise missile capabilities. This step has been taken in response to the continuation of violations and provocations of Pakistan’s airspace by India. According to Baaghi TV, Pakistan has launched an effective and vigorous counter-attack after the Indian aggression. According to security sources, at present, Pakistani forces are giving a befitting reply to India’s aggressive actions and enemy military positions are being targeted.

Sources say that Pakistan’s retaliation is being carried out in a very organized and strategic manner, in which attacks are being carried out on sensitive enemy positions.

DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry confirmed in a late-night press briefing that India fired air-to-surface missiles at Pakistani air bases through its fighter jets. However, Pakistani air defense systems destroyed most of the missiles in mid-air and all Pakistan Air Force assets remained safe.

Pakistan has closed its airspace for all types of flights in view of the threat of aggression. According to aviation officials, the closure will continue from 3:15 am to 12 noon today.

Meanwhile, citizens in Rawalpindi, Lahore and other cities took to the streets and shouted slogans in favor of the Pakistan Army and strongly condemned the Indian attack. A large number of citizens gathered outside the Noor Khan Air Base, while strict security arrangements have been made.

The DG ISPR has given a blunt message, saying, “We are not a nation that will be intimidated by your power, cunning and aggression. Now you just wait for our response.”

There is also serious concern about the situation at the global level. US and British leaders have appealed to both countries to reduce tensions, but tensions in the region remain high.

So far, Pakistan has destroyed the storage facility of Brahmos in Beas city from where missiles were launched at Pakistan. The air base in Udhampur has been destroyed. The airfield in Pathankot has also been destroyed.
