Lahore, 22nd July: Pakistan International Airline, PIA will operate special flights for tourists visiting northern areas during the Eid holidays.

According to reports, bad weather over the past few days has affected several flights to the northern regions in Pakistan.

On this occasion, PIA launched its largest operation in the northern areas, according to which the national carrier will operate 6 flights to Skardu on Saturday, July 24.

Two flights will be operated from Karachi, one from Lahore, one from Sialkot, one from Faisalabad and one from Air Safari.

Apart from the regular operation, two more flights will also depart from Islamabad to Gilgit.

PIA announces special flights on Eid-ul-Adha

The purpose of special flights is to facilitate the movement of tourists during the Eid holidays.

It is pertinent to mention here that national airline is taking special measures to promote tourism in the northern regions.
