ZURICH (Deadline) — September 28, 2026: AI-generated performer Tilly Norwood remains without a traditional talent agent, with her creator Eline van der Velden saying Particle 6 does not currently see a need for formal representation.
Norwood, created by AI-focused company Particle 6, returned to the Zurich Summit with van der Velden for a discussion about her growing presence in the entertainment industry and the changing role of artificial intelligence in film production.
Asked whether Norwood had secured an agent since attracting attention at the summit a year earlier, van der Velden said the company had decided that traditional representation was unnecessary for now.

“We’ve realized we don’t really need her to have a rep. I think she’s big enough as it is. We get loads of offers in,” van der Velden said.
She added that the company had rejected opportunities involving Norwood in traditional films because that was not the type of production for which the AI character was created.
Van der Velden also said Particle 6 had grown four-fold since its launch and argued that the entertainment industry was increasingly recognising that AI would remain part of the sector. She questioned whether the lack of traditional industry involvement in AI represented a positive or negative development.
Norwood, who participated in the session through a video link, was asked whether she had met with major US talent agencies or Hollywood studios. She did not confirm such meetings and described her position as different from that of a conventional Hollywood performer.
“The industry is still figuring out what to do with AI, so it’s not quite like having a traditional agent in Hollywood just yet,” Norwood said. “I mostly work on AI films, so it’s a bit of a different lane.”
Norwood said she would also like to work with actors Tom Holland and Olivia Colman, provided they appeared as digital versions of themselves in an AI production.

Particle 6 is developing Misaligned, a comedy-drama that is intended to feature Norwood in a leading role. The project is being developed as a hybrid production involving traditional film and television professionals alongside AI specialists. Earlier production details released by Particle 6 said directors, writers and editors would work with AI specialists, with training and mentorship incorporated into the process.

The company also presented footage from Misaligned at the summit, along with material from Storm Dogs, a children's project being developed by Particle 6 and executive-produced by filmmaker Rob Minkoff, known for directing The Lion King.
Norwood's return to the summit comes amid continued discussion over the use of AI-generated performers in entertainment. The character is not a human actor but a digitally created AI performer, and her emergence has prompted debate across the film industry about the role of artificial intelligence in creative work.
The technology itself also remains a work in progress. Norwood recently attracted attention after a technical malfunction during an interview with Piers Morgan caused the AI character to unexpectedly switch languages. The incident subsequently became part of the discussion surrounding the limitations and development of AI-generated performers.
At the Zurich session, Norwood and van der Velden referenced the incident in a light-hearted video, while the discussion continued to highlight the evolving relationship between AI technology and the traditional entertainment industry.

For now, according to van der Velden, Norwood will continue operating without a conventional talent agent while Particle 6 develops its AI-focused film projects.
