In addition, the day of November 6, 1947, has a symbolic value in terms of the accession of the State of Jammu to Pakistan. This day is celebrated all over Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan and all over the world in memory of these martyrs. It should be noted, these sacrifices told the whole world that the people of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) want to live with Pakistan.
The planning of genocide was started on the very first day when the creation of Pakistan was announced. On July 19, the Muslim Conference passed a resolution for the state’s accession to Pakistan. Keeping in view of passion and love with Pakistan by the people of the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Hindu and Dogra regime was shaken and they began the implementation of a plan to eliminate Muslims.

It is pertinent to mention here, for the last 74 years Kashmiris are being subjected to genocide through a comprehensive strategy under the rule of Hindutva ideology. Today, the modus operandi of Indian occupied forces includes; Demographic change, enforced disappearances, Custodial Killings, and other tactics.
In my point of view, the solution to the Kashmir issue is possible only when the three parties to the issue, Pakistan, India, and the Kashmiri leadership, come together and find a dignified solution. But, India is pursuing the policy of ducking the Kashmir issue.

If the Kashmir issue is not resolved, it is not possible to end the tension between the two nuclear powers. If this issue leads to the use of nuclear power, it will have devastating effects on world peace. Therefore, it is imperative that the international community play its role in resolving the Kashmir issue and try to avoid a potentially catastrophic situation.
