Rules of Rights Act 2020 submitted, what changes expected for Transgender community?

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Rules of Rights Act 2020 have been submitted to the Sindh High Court (SHC) following which the court disposed of the petition filed by Tariq Mansoor Advocate after approval of effective legislation for protection and rights of the transgender community.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, a separate queue will be formed in all government offices, facilities will be provided to them for payment of Hajj and Umrah, helpless transgenders will be kept separately in Darulaman.

Under the rules, male police officers will not be able to arrest them. In case of arrest, separate lock-up and separate cell will be given.
