Babar Azam case, who has Hamiza Mukhtiar accused of harassment now?
According to Baaghi TV, Hamiza, who has leveled allegations against national cricket team captain Babar Azam, has filed another petition in the local court.
Another petition has been filed by Hamiza in a Lahore court, alleging that Babar Azam’s father, brother, SHO Defense A and others are harassing her due to the application for a case against Babar Azam. Babar Azam’s family is pushing for the case to be withdrawn. The victim’s lawyer said that the court, while seeking a report from the police, has stopped them from harassing Hamiza.

Earlier, Hamiza had approached the Sessions Court for a lawsuit against the captain of the Pakistan cricket team. Additional Sessions Judge Noman Muhammad Naeem sought a report from SHO Naseerabad. The court ordered a halt to the harassment and sought a reply from the SP complainant on December 5.

Hamiza Mukhtiar filed a petition in the Sessions Court seeking registration, restraining from harassment and seeking damages. In the petitions filed, Babar Azam, Muhammad Azam, Faisal Azam, Kamil Azam and Muhammad Naveed have been made parties. In the petition, it was stated that an application for registration of the case was filed with CCPO Lahore but it was not implemented. A lawsuit was filed against Babar Azam alleging sexual harassment, fraud and damages. In the petition, Naseerabad police station has been requested to register a case against Babar Azam.
