Along with education, Training is also important

A friend quoted that a text is written on the entrance of a university in South Africa which is: No atomic bomb or missile is needed to destroy any nation. If the standard of education in the country is lowered, the nation itself will be destroyed. Because of the low quality of education, the patient will die at the hands of doctors. Buildings will fall by the hands of engineers. The economy will be destroyed by the hands of economists.

There will be a rift between humanity and religion due to religious scholars. Justice will disappear at the hands of judges. Just look at our condition, what is the standard of our education?

If the teachers of the nation are highly educated and devoid of insight, then the curse of discord, corruption, dishonesty, fights, riots, terrorism, etc. arises within the nation.

A few days back I was at a University. Seeing the atmosphere there, I did not understand where we were heading, 90% of the MBA department faculty consists of visiting staff. They are given Rs. 800 per lecture and 25% tax is deducted from them. Students are so stubborn that they don’t want to read beyond 2, 3 chapters. No one knows where is the regular staff.

If the teachers of the nation are highly educated and devoid of insight, then the curse of discord, corruption, dishonesty, fights, riots, terrorism, etc. arises within the nation.

In 1945, the United States dropped two atomic bombs on Japan. Japan’s economy became zero. The United States occupied Japan. The American general called the Japanese prime minister to his office and made him wait for no reason. After that, the Japanese nation gave up everything and focused on education.

This nation raised the standard of education and industry. Before that, European merchants considered it an insult to buy Japanese products. But 10 years later, the Japanese developed so much that people started buying Japanese goods without any hesitation.

That was possible when the Japanese set the standard for their education. They called in experts from all over the world to train teachers. And now that nation is called the civilized and is considered a developed nation of the world today without an army, or the atomic bomb. A friend copied it which is a lesson for everyone.

There are countless such schools that operate illegally. They have their own curriculum, their own system. Fee system of their own will. If the administration takes notice, political pressure works.

The incident that the late Ashfaq Ahmad narrated about the teacher, how everyone stood in awe when they saw the teacher in a western court.

Today news comes from many places that guest schools are open in some places. Teachers hire people. They sit at home and pay a few thousand to send a boy to school.

Today we are focusing on cramming and number scoring. The child is burdened with books. When he comes back from school, he goes to the academy or tuition center. The child's character needs to be addressed.

When an unregistered school in Mirpur Azad Kashmir was sealed by the DEO, local politicians intervened and reopened it. The school was set up in a house. There are countless such schools that operate illegally. They have their own curriculum, their own system. Fee system of their own will. If the administration takes notice, political pressure works.

Quality education is of paramount importance which could use human talents for the benefit of humanity instead of degrees. Otherwise, the patient will be killed by the doctor. The engineer will demolish this building. This journalist will destroy society. Today we are focusing on cramming and number scoring. The child is burdened with books. When he comes back from school, he goes to the academy or tuition center. The child’s character needs to be addressed. It is important to make him a responsible citizen. Today is the time for guess papers. The same questions are asked which can come in the test. There is Education, but not training.

The importance of textbooks is overlooked in the curriculum. The child’s learning abilities are suppressed. He is disciplined to the extent that he adheres to the standard of uniform and school. Apparently, there is no need to teach ethics or personality building, or mind building. In this, we have a growing tendency towards materialism.

We are becoming a money-making machine and so is our new generation. They are not prepared to deal with emergencies in scientific ways or selfishness from new angles. What will happen if there is in education and mutual rivalry between teachers..?

Apparently, there is no need to teach ethics or personality building, or mind building. In this, we have a growing tendency towards materialism.

That is why we confuse problems instead of solving them. We live and die for ourselves. Taking care of the self-esteem of others is not considered appropriate. Only egoism prevails over the mind. Therefore, our teacher should be a role model whose steps students should be proud to follow. Otherwise, our nation builders will be like that.

Then we will continue to call the leader a robber. Then this fence will eat the crop. The housekeeper will rob. The journalist will blackmail instead of the sacred mission. Education will become business. Everything will be tested and valued from a business point of view.
